Urgent Help for Hala Rida

Hello, I am Amir Hartt from America, and I am using my mother’s Chuffed account to raise funds for the survival of my friend Hala and her family in Gaza. I initially met Hala on Instagram and have been financially supporting her for a long time, all the while video calling multiple times to check in on her and confirm her situation. She has been very patient and trustworthy, and an amazing example of steadfastness amidst the famine and genocide. Yet still, her heart breaks for her family, which she struggles to support, so when she requested that I make a campaign for their urgent support I immediately did so. Through this campaign I will be collecting donations and transfering them to the Paypal account of Hala’s brother, which will directly contribute to providing food (lentils, milk, flour, hummus, meat and greens if available) and water to the family of six. Hala has younger siblings who require nourishing food to grow, and Hala herself is only 17. Her younger brother is suffering from a skin disease wrought by the conditions of the war, and his constant pain necessitates medicine which of course begets a need for constant donations. Donations will also go towards an emergency fund in case of medical emergencies or another displacement that requires cartfare payment (can be 100+ dollars). Though they currently have a tent, money will go towards securing shelter if the need arises. Future adjustments to the fundraiser will be made if we are able to facilitate an evacuation via the Rafah crossing, insha’Allah, said adjustments will be for the purpose of expanding the goal to include costs for three months of rent in Egypt and the proper funds to afford basic necessities.
